Welcome to Buchanan Swimming!
Buchanan High School Swimming and Diving teams have been top contenders in Valley Swimming and Diving. Boasting rosters of well over 100 swimmers and divers, the Buchanan Bears focus on excellence in both the pool and the classroom. Technique, conditioning, and training across all competitive strokes are our priority. Our student-athletes have included young men and women who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level at Southern Methodist University, UC Irvine, UC Davis, University of the Pacific, Fresno Pacific, Azusa Pacific, Fresno State, University of Redlands, Henderson, Adams, Sac State, University of Utah and others in a growing list of high-quality collegiate swimming and diving programs across the country. Our coaching legacy extends to the University of Arizona, where Coach Peter Richardson does his work. Bear Nation Aquatics is a family of coaches, athletes, and community members dedicated to producing athletes who are prepared to compete in the pool and in life.
