Work Permit Process
- Download and print the Work Permit
- Fill out the Work Permit. Be sure that it is signed by the employer.
- Once the permit has been completed, contact Tara Rowland in the Career Center via e-mail (TaraRowland@cusd.com) or by calling (559) 327-3146.
- Mrs. Rowland will coordinate a time for you to get the work permit processed.
SUMMER 2026: Students will need to go to the CUSD Student Services and School Attendance (SSSA) office to get work permits processed after June 11. The SSSA office is located at 1465 David E. Cook Way, just east of the Clovis Adult School campus off of Sunnyside, south of Herndon. Call their office ahead of time to make sure their offices are open: (559) 327-9200. Note: All CUSD offices are closed on Fridays during the summer. Students will be able to resume processing work permits at Buchanan beginning Monday, July 27.
