Senior Conferences with Counselors start in September
Senior Conferences begin in September during American Government/Economics classes. The conferences start as a whole-class presentation and will continue with students completing an application to Clovis Community College. Counselors will also have a "one-on-one" meeting with each senior (this should be completed by November). The individual meeting includes a review of the student's grades to check if the student is on track for meeting Clovis Unified graduation requirements, and to provide students with guidance and information for whatever plans he or she has after high school. Seniors are encouraged to stay in touch with their counselors for the remainder of the school year!
Graduation Requirements
To see the minimum requirements to graduate from Clovis Unified and to see the different course requirements to attend a 4-year college like a CSU or UC.
Letters of Recommendation
If you would like for your counselor to write a Letter of Recommendation, please complete the Letter of Recommendation worksheet (located in the "Files" section to the right) and turn it in to your counselor at least two weeks before you need your letter.
Community Service Opportunities
Students looking for opportunities to volunteer their time or to perform community service can click on "Volunteer Opportunities" in the "Downloadable Files" section to the right.
