Boys Golf Valley Champ 2017 Welcome to Buchanan Men's Golf.

The Buchanan Boy’s Golf program has a rich tradition of competitive teams.  BHS Boy’s Golf has been one of the top teams since the inception of the school in 1992.  The Boy’s team has come in first or second place in the league nearly every year with league titles in 2002 and 2013.  The Boy’s Golf program has placed runner up in the Central Section five times in the past ten years with a Championship in 2002.  BHS Golf boasts many NCAA Division One and Division Two alumni including Kevin Chappell who won the NCAA championship with UCLA and was the individual NCAA Champion the same year.  Currently Kevin is an outstanding PGA Tour player having a very successful golfing career.

The 2017 team returns six starters.  Ian Oehlschlaeger and Hogi Selling headline a powerful line-up that includes Michael Vuich, Tyler Ashman, Garret Boe and Jake Hartman.  This is a very talented team that looks to compete for the TRAC title as well as the Central Section Championship.
