Download and print the Work Permit
Fill out the Work Permit. Be sure that it is signed by the employer.
Once the permit has been completed, contact Tara Rowland in the Career Center via e-mail ([email protected]) or by calling (559) 327-3146.
Mrs. Rowland will coordinate a time for you to get the work permit processed
